Highlights of the Group
In-house Forging facility by having 630T Hasenclever Press and 1000T Ajax Press and also 1½ T Belt Drop Hammer (in-house forging capability to produce forgings in the range of 200 gram to 10 kg. single component).
We have HMC ‘Mazak’ make Model Nexus 6000, having Pallet size 500 x 500 and 43 Tool magazines.
Developed Flash Less Forgings.
In machining, alongwith CNC, VMC, HMC, Grinding and Broaching we have 4 Gun Drill machines in the set-up. We have capability of drilling 1.2mm diameter Drill in steel.
Recently we have developed critical Gear Blanks for Royal Enfield Motor Cycle (supplying 50,000 Gear Blanks per month).
